Here is a novel idea: a virtual conference.
The Lutheran World Federation (LWF) is preparing this Green and Just Virtual Conference so that Lutherans around the world can discuss the connections between economic and ecological justice.
LWF is issuing this broad and inclusive invitation to church leaders, people active in sustainable development, interested pastors and lay leaders, youth leaders.
This is an opportunity to participate in the international Lutheran community.
I encourage you to share this info,
especially with youth,
with people interested in justice,
with people who are global minded.
It is on May 12, beginning at 7:00 a.m. EST
(quite early for many of us; remember it is for around the world so we can’t all have prime time)
The ELCIC is a dedicated member of the LWF.
